Burnsco Marine and Leisure

Each holder of a Burnsco Card is bound by these Terms and Conditions, and any variation of them.

Burnsco Card

1. Each application for a Burnsco Card is subject to acceptance by Burnsco in its absolute discretion.
2. Burnsco Card membership is only activated on receipt by Burnsco of a fully completed application form for a Burnsco Card.
3. Only individuals can apply for Burnsco Card membership.
4. A person may hold only one Burnsco Card.

5. Employees of Burnsco are not eligible to be Burnsco Card holders.
6. Burnsco Card holders will receive regular Burnsco Card communications.

7. All Burnsco Cards remain the property of Burnsco.
8. Burnsco is not responsible for lost or stolen Burnsco Cards.
9. Burnsco is not responsible for loss resulting from computer hardware failure or software errors or failure, or for fraud.

10. Burnsco may cancel any Burnsco Card membership at any time in its absolute discretion.

11. Subject to terms set by Burnsco from time to time in its absolute discretion, Rewards Discount Vouchers may be earned by Burnsco Card holders upon reaching thresholds for purchases made at Burnsco stores within the relevant Rewards period, in accordance with the following scale:

The current Rewards period runs from 1 April 2008 to 31 March 2009.
Burnsco reserves the right to change this scale or purchase thresholds or Rewards period at any time in its absolute discretion. Burnsco may accept or refuse to allocate a sale towards purchase thresholds retrospectively in its absolute discretion.

12. Burnsco may also offer bonus Rewards Discount Vouchers from time to time on terms set by Burnsco in its absolute discretion.
13. Purchases of Burnsco gift vouchers and purchases made with Burnsco Discount Vouchers or supplier vouchers may not count towards the purchase threshold.

14. Burnsco reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend the Burnsco Rewards Programme in whole or in part at any time in its absolute discretion without prior notice. Burnsco is not obliged to give any consideration for purchases made up to that time.

15. Rewards Discount Vouchers can only be redeemed for goods and services sold at Burnsco stores, or at other nominated Burnsco Rewards Programme partners.

16. Rewards Discount Vouchers are redeemable by presenting a valid Burnsco Card and a valid Rewards Discount Voucher at the time of purchase.

18. No change will be given for purchases valued at less than the face value of the Rewards Vouchers redeemed.
19. Rewards Discount Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

20. Burnsco Discount Vouchers may not be redeemed to buy a Burnsco gift voucher.

21. Refunds will only be provided for goods and services purchased using a Burnsco Card in accordance with the Burnsco refunds and returns policy. In the event of a refund or credit, the relevant purchase will not count towards the purchase thresholds.

22. Burnsco will implement reasonable measures to ensure compliance with its obligations under the Privacy Act in relation to personal information of Burnsco Rewards Programme members.
23. Your personal information is collected and held by Burnsco. You have a right of access to and to correct any personal information which you have provided to Burnsco.
